Troy Parsonage

Founder & CEO

Troy has a background in running a specialist swimming school for children and young people with Special Educational Needs. Inspired by his sister Lily, he founded SEN UK Swimming to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of swimming nationwide. He is passionate about breaking down barriers in the sport and ensuring every child has the chance to learn to swim safely and confidently.

Mark Hammersley

Chair

As Chair of SEN UK Swimming, Mark is deeply committed to creating opportunities for children with Special Educational Needs. Mark has been the CEO of Zoggs since 2002, leading the brand for over two decades and gaining extensive experience within the swimming industry. Mark’s leadership and expertise play a key role in guiding the charity as it develops a national standard for SEN swimming.

Rucha Luktuke

Trustee

Rucha is a finance and compliance expert with extensive experience in helping organisations remain well-governed, transparent, and financially resilient. As a mother to a young daughter with autism who loves swimming, Rucha brings both professional expertise and personal passion to SEN UK Swimming. Her sharp eye for detail and commitment to inclusion play a vital role in strengthening the charity’s operations and impact.

Bobby Console-Verma

Trustee

​Bobby is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with extensive experience in business development and fundraising. He plays a key role in helping SEN UK Swimming build partnerships and secure the support needed to grow its impact. Passionate about inclusion, Bobby enthusiastically contributes his expertise to a cause that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
